Terms and Conditions: The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. It can be used in exchange for time in the cafe, snacks and merchandise, merchandise at our Cafe, it can be used to book time slots via this website, or for orders placed on this website. No cash refunds can be given on any remaining value.

Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.

Absolutely! Order before 3pm Monday - Friday and select one of the upgrade tracked delivery options
I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?
Of course! Please send an email to store@catcafe.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!
If something doesn't fit, can I return it?
