Product Questions

I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?

Of course! Please send an email to with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!

I like a product but would like different wording, can I change it?

If our product is personalised and you want to change the wording to something else, we should be able to do this for you! Simply get in touch and we will help with your bespoke order

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.

Personalised items cannot be returned to us, unless there is a fault or mistake - if this is the case, please do send us an email first with your order number so we can help fix any problems for you - our email is

Delivery Questions

What delivery options do you have?

First Class Postage = Free!

48 Hour Tracked = £4.95 (order before 3pm)

24 Hour Tracked = £7.95 (order before 3pm)

Collection = You can collect for free at our Head Office in Chorley, Lancashire if you're local, simply select this option at the checkout

How quickly will you make my order?

We aim to make and send all of your orders within 24 hours of receiving it

I need something asap, can you send it quicker?

Absolutely! Order before 3pm Monday - Friday and select one of the upgrade tracked delivery options

Can I track my item?

If you have chosen the upgraded delivery options they are fully tracked. You will receive the tracking number in the email after ordering, but if you need it again feel free to get in touch.

Cafe Questions

What is included when I visit the cafe?

Once you settle down you will have an unlimited choice of hot and cold drinks to choose from, which are all free during your stay! Additional snacks and treats are available to purchase. We have cosy sofas to cuddle up on and don’t set any limits to how long you can stay. You an enjoy the cats roaming as they please and we put toys out so you can play with them. All of this equates to a relaxing and calming atmosphere - the purrfect escape from stress.

Cat Cafe is a safe haven away from the bustling streets of busy life. We are passionate about Animal Assisted Therapy which has shown that spending time with cats not only reduces your heart rate and blood pressure but is good for mental health.

Do I have to book in advance to visit?

Walk ins are always welcome, however during busy periods like school holidays and weekends we would recommend pre-booking. You can book a time slot in advance by clicking here

Can I bring my children to the cafe?

Children over the age of 10 are welcome in the cafe at any time. Children between the ages of 4 and 9 can only attend during our Child Friendly hours which are:

  • Monday - Saturday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • Sunday 11:00am - 1:00pm

Unfortunately children under 4 are not permitted at any time.

I have a gift voucher, can I use this in the cafe?

Of course! Any time spent in the cafe or additional food or merch bought can be paid for using our gift voucher. You can use both our physical or digital gift cards to pay at the cafe (or on this website for merch!)
