I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?
Of course! Please send an email to store@catcafe.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!
I have placed an order, where is it?
We aim to process and post our orders within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday. If you're in the UK for example and choose the free First Class postage, we would aim to process your order within 24 hours, and then it would be an estimated 1-2 working days for delivery after that. Full postage options can be viewed on our delivery page here, there are tracked and non-tracked options.
I've ordered a personalised item, but I did it wrong!
If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either by telephone or email. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us the better.
