This booking system is for customers who wish to book a visit to Cat Cafe using a Gift Voucher. If you do not have a gift voucher please book your visit on our main site at www.catcafe.co.uk
The price is for one hour in the cafe and includes unlimited hot and cold drinks.
Please note children aged 4-9 are only permitted in the cafe during our child-friendly hours, which are:
10:00am - 12:00pm (Monday - Saturday)
11:00am - 1:00pm on Sundays.
Children aged 10+ can visit at any time. Children under 4 are not permitted any time.
If you attend with a child aged 4-9, outside our child-friendly hours, then unfortunately we will refuse entry.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. All children must be included in your party number, there is no concession for child tickets.

24 Hour Tracked = £7.95 (order before 3pm)
Collection = You can collect for free at our Head Office in Chorley, Lancashire if you're local, simply select this option at the checkout

Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.
Personalised items cannot be returned to us, unless there is a fault or mistake - if this is the case, please do send us an email first with your order number so we can help fix any problems for you - our email is store@catcafe.co.uk

How quickly will you make my order
We aim to make and send all of your orders within 24 hours of receiving it
I need something asap, can you send it quicker?
Absolutely! Order before 3pm Monday - Friday and select one of the upgrade tracked delivery options
I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?
Of course! Please send an email to store@catcafe.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!
